Hi OrsolyaI sent you a Whatsapp in response to your email on Tuesday, but I've just noticed it hasn't been delivered or read... Have you changed your number?
Here's my response:
Individuals... As its one to one, there is more communication between both parties. You can take the time to check understanding and ask your client to repeat back any instructions, you can also ask questions to the client and they can ask clients to you... You can give them 100% focus, which means you should understanding everything at any one time
Small groups... here you must ensure your communication is understood to a group of people, therefore you will have to raise your tone and speak with a little more authority to ensure everyone is listening. You questions tends to be group wide, and you need to ensure all clients understand the importance of them speaking up if they having a problem.
Large group... probably the most difficult to deal with... It may be best to send instructions via email and ask everyone to read in advance, then have a Q&A session at the outset. Communication here will need to be loud enough for everyone to hear, again everyone must understand they need to speak up
Hope this helps
